On Sunday afternoon we took advantage of the lack of rain to take a walk in nearby Biddulph Grange Country Park. Not only was it a dry afternoon, we even saw some actual sunshine! We had a lovely walk in the woods, round the fish pond and through a meadow. It was nearing six as we finished our walk, so we were accompanied to the car by the sound of the church bells calling the faithful to Evensong. It was a beautiful end to a lovely weekend.
