..This evening at bedtime, Lily unveiled her plan for making cheap dental treatment available for all. She went upstairs clutching a ten pence coin she had found and as she climbed into bed, she tucked it neatly under her pillow. "It's for the tooth fairy." she explained. "I put a coin under my pillow and the tooth fairy will come and bring me a shiny new tooth."
