Lily in her new Brownie uniform
Lily started going to Brownies a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. She was over the moon when her new uniform arrived in time for her Brownie Christmas concert tonight. She is looking forward to wearing it on her Brownie outing on Sunday.
I have a lot of time for the Guiding movement and feel it offers a lot for young girls. I loved being a part of the Guiding movement myself and was a Brownie, Guide, Young Leader and finally an Assistant Guider before I left Plymouth to study for my doctorate. I am so pleased that Lily seems to be getting as much out of it as I did.
